Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению, а именно к загрузке зерноуборочных комбайнов. Цель изобретени - повышение производительности и качества обмолота. Зерноуборочный комбайн содержит распределитель, выполненный в виде двух транспортеров 10 и 12 со взаимно перпендикул рным движением ведущих ветвей, расположенных один над другим с раздел ющим элементом 11 между ними. Соломосепаратор имеет сепарирующий кожух 16 и отсекатель 17 массы. Длина соломосепаратора превышает длину молотильного барабана 13. Соломосепаратор выполнен с увеличивающимс шагом между витками шнека 15 по направлению к выходному концу. Распределитель благодар взаимодействию транспортеров 10 и 12 обеспечивает раст гивание хлебной массы по длине молотильного барабана 13 и его радиальную загрузку, тонкослойную подачу хлебной массы в молотильно-сепарирующее устройство. The straw separator has a separation casing 16 and a mass cutter 17. The length of the straw separator exceeds the length of the threshing drum 13. The straw separator is made with an increasing pitch between the turns of the screw 15 toward the output end. The distributor, due to the interaction of the conveyors 10 and 12, ensures the stretching of the grain mass along the length of the threshing drum 13 and its radial loading, and the thin-layer feeding of the grain mass into the threshing-separating device. 1.
