Abstract
Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности технологического процесса путем уменьшени повреждени стеблей при прот гивании их в зазоре между пластинами 3 и 4. Аппарат состоит из двух встречно вращающихс прот гивающих вальцов 1 и 2, над которым установлены пластины 3 и 4. В пластинах 3 и 4 выполнены вырезы 5. Вырезы 5 пластины 3 смещены по длине относительно вырезов 5 пластины 4. В вырезах 5 установлены щитки 6, выполненные в виде отгибов пластин 3 и 4 в сторону вальцов 1 и 2. При движении аппарата стебли проход т в зазор между пластинами 3 и 4, а початки упираютс одной стороной основани о ровный участок одной из пластин, а другой, попада во впадину, образованную отгибом пластин, отклон ютс в сторону последней, отдел ютс от плодоножки и транспортируютс на дальнейшую обработку. За счет снижени интенсивности очесывани листьев кукурузы исключаетс засорение вороха початков листостебельными примес ми. 3 ил.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural machinery. Аппарат состоит из двух встречно вращающихс прот гивающих вальцов 1 и 2, над которыми с возможностью регулировани зазора установлены пластины 3 и 4, которые со сторонькторцов, обращенных к зазору между ними, выполнены с вырезами 5, причем вырезы пластины 3 смещены относительно вырезов пластины 4 по их длине, т. е. вырезы одной пластины расположены против ровных участков другой пластины. В вырезах 5 пластин 3 и 4 установлены под углом к их поверхности в плоскости, перпендикул рной оси вальцов 1 и 2, щитки 6. Шитки 6 выполнены в виде отгибов пластин 3 и 4 в сторону вальцов 1 и 2. Глубина отгиба не превышает половины диаметра, а длина - размера по длине початка кукурузы средней величины , что исключает залегание початков во впадине, образуемой отгибом в пластинах 3 и 4.
