Abstract

Изобретение относитс к области машиностроени , в частности к устройствам дл термообработки, а именно к закалочным бакам. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности работы и качества обработки. Бак содержит ванну, в которой установлен наклонный барабан с приводом вращени . В нижней его части выполнена обечайка с загрузочным окном, а внутри установлен рабочий орган в виде спирали или скатов. На ванне не выше верхних кромок ее стенок закреплен коллектор-обечайка с отвод щей трубой и установленным в ней под барабаном выт жным винтом. Коллектор-обечайка установлен с охватом барабана, а барабан под ним перфорирован. 1 ил.The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to devices for heat treatment, namely to quenching tanks. Закалочный бак содержит ванну 1 и размещенный в ней наклонный разгрузочный барабан 2 с загрузочным рукавом 3 и рабочими органами (спиралью или скатами) 4. На барабане 2 с охватом его локально выпрлненных перфорационных отверстий 5 над загрузочным рукавом 3 установлен коллектор-обечайка 6. Он сообщен с насосом (например винтовым) 7, а также через зигзагог образную полость 8 барабана - с ванной 1.
