Abstract
The invention relates to strain gauges and can be used to accelerate the fixation of strain gages to the surface of the structure under study. The purpose of the invention is to improve accuracy by increasing the strength of the joint when used as a binder adhesive on a bakelitofenol base. This is achieved by affecting the junction of ultrasonic vibrations with a frequency of 22 to 44 kHz and an amplitude of 10 to 50 µm, while simultaneously applying a static pressure of 0.15 to 0.65 MN / m 2 . Previously, a layer of the binder is applied onto the mating surfaces, held in air, and the surfaces are interconnected. The method allows to increase the accuracy of measurements and simplifies the installation of strain gages, since the exposure time does not exceed 6 s.
Description
Изобретение относитс к тензомет1- рии и может быть использовано дл ускоренного закреплени тензорезисторов на поверхности исследуемой конструкции .The invention relates to strain gauges and can be used to accelerate the fixation of resistance strain gages to the surface of the structure under study.
2.The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy by increasing the strength of the joint when using as a binder adhesive on a bakelitophenol base by acting on the junction of ultrasonic vibrations with a frequency of 22-44 kHz and amplitude from 10 to 50 µm while simultaneously applying pressure from 0.15 to 0.65 1W / m2.
The method is carried out as follows.
A layer of a binder — an adhesive on a bakelitofenol base, such as BF-2 or BL-4, is applied to the mating surfaces of the strain resistor and the structure under study. Layer sustain.
Точность измерений возрастает благодар увеличению прочности соединени при воздействии ультразвуковых колебаний.about 20 minutes in air, then a second layer of glue is applied, which is also kept in air for 20-60 minutes. Then the mating surfaces are connected to each other and a static pressure of 0.15 to 0.65 Iffl / m2 is applied to them. By not removing the static pressure, the junction is subjected to acoustic stimulation, for which ultrasonic vibrations with a frequency of 22-44 kHz and amplitude from 10 to 50 µm are used. The required exposure time is within 0.5-6 s, which greatly simplifies the process of installing strain gages. Measurement accuracy is increased by increasing the strength of the joint when exposed to ultrasonic vibrations.
