Conventionally, methods have been put into practical use to increase the mechanical strength of the box itself by attaching reinforcing crosspieces and reinforcing rods to the cabinet, and to disperse and damp the plate vibrations of the full plate, side plates, and back plate. , for the purpose of damping plate vibration of a full plate, for example, Utility Model Application No. 58-147376
There is a publication.

The device described in the same publication has a narrow groove in the board thickness direction around the speaker unit of the full board.
It has a structure in which this groove is filled with a viscoelastic material such as rubber.

One of the causes of plate vibration of the baffle plate is due to the reaction of the speaker unit, but since the conventional structure is such that grooves are provided in the buffle plate, the mechanical strength of the buffle plate is reduced. Therefore, the buffer plate, which serves as a reference for the sound source (speaker unit), vibrates and radiates sound more easily, so the sound from the buffer plate is superimposed on the sound from the speaker unit, and the response characteristics of the system are affected. There were problems that led to deterioration of transient characteristics and distortion characteristics.

In order to solve these problems, the inventors proposed, for example, the following structure. (Utility Application No. 60-001967) To explain with reference to FIG. 6, at the joint between the buff-full plate 1 and the side plate 2 of the cabinet, there is a slit-like shape that is approximately parallel to the surface of the buff-full plate 1 over the entire circumference of the side plate 2. It has a structure in which grooves 4 are provided.

In this improved structure, the speaker unit 5 passes through the baffle plate 1 to the side plate 2 and back plate 3.
The vibrations propagating to the side plate 2 and the back plate 3 are attenuated by the slit-like groove 4 portions (oscillologically speaking, the characteristic impedance of that portion changes by changing the cross-sectional area of the medium). The vibration of the plate is reduced.

However, such an improved structure
Since the side plate of the cabinet has a structure in which slit-like grooves are provided around the entire circumference, apart from the effect of reducing plate vibration, the mechanical strength of the cabinet is reduced.
There was room for improvement in this respect.

The present invention cuts the end of the substrate to provide an inclined end surface to be joined to the baffle plate, and also provides a slit-like groove of a predetermined depth from the back side of the substrate parallel to the inclined end surface. A V-shaped groove is provided on the surface of the substrate in a direction perpendicular to the slit-shaped groove to form the parts that will become the top plate, left and right side plates, and bottom plate of the cabinet, and the slits are formed in the parts that are to become the left and right side plates. A first reinforcing member having a triangular cross section is attached along the V-shaped groove, and the board is successively bent inward using the V-shaped groove as a bending part to form a top plate, left and right side plates, and a bottom plate. Attaching a second reinforcing member having a triangular cross section along the inclined end surface to be joined to the inclined end surfaces of the portions that are to become the left and right side plates of the buttful plate provided with the inclined end surfaces,
Joining the inclined end surfaces of the vertical plate and the sloped end surfaces of the top plate, left and right side plates, and bottom plate without bringing the second reinforcing member of the vertical plate into contact with the first reinforcing member of the left and right side plates. The present invention is characterized in that third reinforcing members each having a square cross section are attached to the joint portions of the buff-full plate, the top plate, and the side plates so as to face each other.

According to the above configuration, (a) the attachment of the first reinforcing member to the left and right side plates and the formation of the slit-like grooves are performed before the board is bent to form a cabinet structure, that is, with the board unfolded; (b) The substrate can then be bent and configured into a cabinet structure. (c) The full board and the above top board,
The third reinforcing member can be attached to the joint with the side plate with good workability in the same manner as in the past.
