Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к сосудистой хирургии. С целью укреплени дистального анастомоза вывернутый сосудистый протез погружают в просвет дистальной культи аорты, образовавшейс после резекции аневризма, сшивают кра протеза и все слои аорты, одновременно захватыва в шов и две тефлоновые полоски, расположенные между отслоенной интимой и наружной стенкой аорты и снаружи аорты. Затем протез выворачивают и накладывают анастомоз с проксимальной культей аорты. Интра- и послеоперационных осложнений нет. 4 ил.This invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery. Одним швом ниткой пролен 3-0 одновременно сшиты сосудистый протез (1) интима, внутренн тефлонова полоска (2), отслоенна стенка аорты и наружна тефлонс- ва полоска (2) (фиг. 2). При этом одновременно ушит ложный просвет и наложен дистальный анастомоз. Затем х протез вывернут из просвета аорты (фиг. 3) и наложен проксимальный анастомоз протеза с проксимальным отделом аорты (фиг. 4). При этом в проксимальный анастомоз, а также в.ложный просвет бьша уложена полоска тефлона, котора захватывалась в шов.
