Устройство содержит горизонтально подвижную тележку 8, несущую режущий инструмент 20 и частичный конвейер 9, крайние ролики 7 которого соединены со свободно перемещающимис  по плоскости 5 транспортными роликами 6 посредством звеньев 4 цепи. Звень  4 цепи также осуществл ют телескопическую св зь транспортных роликов 6 с роликами 3 стационарных роликовых конвейеров 2. Тележка 8 приводитс  в движение рабочим цилиндром 11 и имеет расположенные на стойках 14 на пути перемещени  керамической ленты 1 фотоэлектрические барьеры 15 и 16, которые дл  изменени  рассто ни  между ними по горизонтали могут быть смонтированы на поворотных дисках стоек 14.
