Известны способы изготовлени  биметаллических заготовок прокаткой или волочением, причем заготовка выполн етс  из трубы с вставленным в нее сердечником из более прочного металла.Methods are known for the manufacture of bimetallic blanks by rolling or drawing, and the blank is made from a tube with a core of a stronger metal inserted into it.

Предлагаемый способ отличаетс  тем, что сердечннк заготовчи набирают из отдельных прутков различной формы и размеров поперечного сечени . Это позвол ет увеличить равномерность деформации сердечника «в процессе обработки и получить требуемую форму поперечного сечени .The proposed method is characterized in that the heart-shaped billets are assembled from individual rods of various shapes and sizes of the cross section. Сердечник исходной биметаллической заготовки набиваетс  из определенного количества лрутков 1 или слоев различной формы и размеров поперечного сечени . При прокатке и волочении биметаллического профил  прутки сердечника перемещаютс  относительно друг друга и распредел ютс  по сечению раската в зависимости ст распределени  деформирующих сил по ширине калибра Прокатки.
