Изобретение относитс к области нагрева дуть в доменную печь в черной металлургии, а именно к процессам сушки и разогрева доменных воздухонагревателей. Цель изобретени - повышение стойкости футеровки. Дл исключени преждевременного разрушени футеровки следует сушку и первый разогрев воздухонагревател , футерованного в высокотемпературной зоне динасовым огнеупором, вести по следующему графику: подъем температуры внутренней поверхности футеровки купола от 20 до 100°С со скоростью 1,8-2,2°С/ч, выдержка при 100°С 82-86 ч, подъем от 100 до 300°С со скоростью 0,4-0,6°С/ч, от 300 до 400°С со скоростью 1,4-1,6°С/ч, от 400 до 700°С со скоростью 3,8-4,2°С/ч, от 700 до 1300°С и выше со скоростью 6,8-7,2°С/ч.
