Изобретение относитс  к области нагрева дуть  в доменную печь в черной металлургии, а именно к процессу разогрева доменных воздухонагревателей. Цель изобретени  - повышение стойкости футеровки. Дл  исключени  преждевременного разрушени  футеровки следует первый разогрев воздухонагревател , футерованного в высокотемпературной зоне муллитокорундовым огнеупором, вести по графику, предусматривающему подъем температуры внутренней поверхности футеровки купола от 200 до 300°С со скоростью 1,8-2,2°С/ч, от 300 до 500°С со скоростью 2,8-3,2°С/ч, от 500°С до заданной температуры со скоростью 3,8-4,2°С/ч.
