Abstract
The invention relates to sulfonated fats, in particular, to the preparation of a skin fattening agent. The goal is to improve the quality of the target product. The preparation is carried out by treating the C 21 -C 31 -alpha-branched monocarboxylic acid fraction, to which, at 20-30 ° C, 0.7-1.0 volumes of sodium hydrochlorite solution containing 70-140 g / l of active chlorine, 5 -7% vol. Conc. H 2 SO 4 . The process is carried out followed by neutralization with 5-10 vol.% Aqueous solution of NAOH. The resulting fatty agent has the best quality, because contains 92–94% fattening substances, water not more than 5%, dropping temperature 33–37 ° C and acid number 8–24 mg KOH / g versus 65%% 20%, 38 ° C and 35 mg KOH / g, respectively. 1 tab.

The remaining examples are tabulated.
From these tables it follows that the obtained new greasing agent has the best quality, since it contains 92–94% fattening substances, no more than 5% water, a drop-off temperature of 33-37 s and an acid number of 8-24 mg KOH / g, against 65% ,.-20%, S8 s and 35 mg KOH / G, respectively.
In addition, the well-known breeding agent gives the fat emulsin dark brown tones, which excludes the possibility of obtaining a surface with different color shades, while the emulsion with the new fatting agent has a light color, which makes it possible to use it for the production of leathers of light tones.
