Description
The invention relates to mechanical engineering. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of damping noise and improve lubrication. The packing 11 accumulates oil precipitated from the oil mist. The oil slowly flows into the zone of engagement over the surface of the element 8. The prevention of the breakdown of oil from the outer surface of the element 8 is ensured by the fact that it gets through the visors 10 into the windows 9. 2 Il.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of damping noise and improve lubrication by changing the shape of the perforation. five
FIG. 1 shows the gearbox, a general view; in fig. 2 - lubricating element.
The gearbox includes a housing 1 with a cover 2 and an oil bath 3. In the case, class 1, there are gears 4 having input and output shafts 5 and 6. On the cover of the hatch 7 located in the upper part of the cover 2 there is an element on the inner surface 8, the apex of which is directed to the zone of engagement of the fast-speed gear. Element 8 is made hollow, forming in the form of hyperbolas, and its surfaces are perforated in a checkerboard pattern by windows 9 with peaks 10 located on the outer sides of elements 20 under windows 9 and directed to their bases. The inner cavity of the element 8 is filled with a multi-layer woven gasket 11. The low-speed gear wheel mounted on the output shaft 6, with its lower part, is immersed in an oil bath 25 3.
The gearbox works as follows.
When the low-speed gear mounted on the output shaft 6 rotates, its teeth are wetted in the oil bath 3 and the oil splashes inside the three gearboxes to form the oil
mist providing gear lubrication.
Additional gear lubrication in the area of its engagement occurs due to the oil deposited from the oil mist on the surfaces of the element 8, the gasket 11 and the inner surface of the hatch cover 7 flowing into the gearing engagement zone. In this case, the gasket 11 accumulates a certain amount of oil, which slowly flows into the engagement zone after stopping the gearbox. Therefore, the next start of the gearbox occurs in the presence of oil in the gears of the high-speed stage. Preventing the premature disruption of oil from the outer surface of element 8 is provided as a result of the fact that oil flowing down the outer surface passes through the visors 10 into windows 9 and then flows along the inner surface of element 8 until it leaves the element in the gearing engagement zone.
