Description

Automatic scales with calibrated springs as weight sensors are known.

The proposed cotton weighing device in the bunker differs from that known by the use of a subframe suspended on calibrated springs with sensors that give readings to the totalizer, which improves the weighing accuracy.

In order to stabilize the position of the subframe relative to the frame of the machine, during the operation and transsorting, hydraulic rings are used.

The proposed device for weighing cotton in a bunker with simultaneous recording of indications and unloading cotton into a vehicle facilitates the labor of weighing cotton, and greatly improves the quality of accounting for the collected cotton by individual pickers.

The device contains a subframe 1, a hopper 2 with tilting cylinders 3, hydraulic cylinders 4, cones 5, potentiometric sensors 6, calibrated springs 7 and a totalizer (see Fig. 3).

The axis of the gauge through the gear train 9 is connected with a 10-step summing counter, giving readings of changeable and seasonal workings.

Diagram of potentiometric sensors provides the indication of the weight of a rag, excluding the weight of the bunker.

During the unloading of cotton from the hopper 2, the hydraulic cylinders 4 press the subframe / to the frame of the machine, and the position of the subframe is fixed by hydraulic locks. Thus, during the operation of the machine and the unloading of the hlonka, the frame is connected to the frame of the machine.

The proposed device can be installed on any transport vehicle, if there is a need to weigh the bunker or body turning for unloading.
