Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области металлообработки и может быть использовано при закреплении заготовок на станках. Цель изобретени - повышение точности центрировани заготовки посредством устранени скольжени заготовки по опорной поверхности. В полости ступенчатого корпуса установлена опора 1 с наружной и внутренней сферическими поверхност ми. Подпружиненные стержни 4 с кулачками 5 на концах установлены в отверсти х корпуса 2 и имеют на своей поверхности винтовую канавку 6, в которую вход т штифты 7. В радиальных отверсти х корпуса 2 установлены подпружиненные фиксаторы 9, предназначенные дл фиксации стержней 4 при повороте стопорного кольца 10, на внутренней поверхности которого выполнена криволинейна поверхность. Кулачки 5 стержней 4 предназначены дл взаимодействи с торцами опоры 1 при ее самоустановке под воздействием заготовки 11. После установки заготовки 11 кольцо 10 поворачивают, фиксиру отцентрированную опору 1. 4 ил.The invention relates to the field of metalworking and can be used when securing blanks on machine tools.
