The invention relates to forestry and can be used in nurseries when growing softwood planting material. The purpose of the invention is to increase the soil germination rate and the yield of standard pine pine seedlings. Aqueous solutions of ethylene glycol 2-methylpropionate propyl ether at a concentration of 0.001-0.010% are used as a stimulator, and seed treatment is carried out for 10-14 hours. The method allows increasing the soil germination of pine seeds, significantly improving the biometric characteristics of annual and two-year seedlings without disturbing the mass ratio of underground and aboveground organs, increase the rise of standard planting material by 28-50%. 3 tab.
Description
The invention relates to forestry, in particular, to methods for stimulating the growth of Scots pine, and can be used in nurseries for growing planting material, creating cultural conifers.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the soil germination rate and yield of standard pine pine seedlings.
Example 1. The seeds of Scots pine for 10-14 hours were soaked in working solutions of crotyl ether of 2-methylpropionate ethylene glycol (CAMPAG) of 3 concentrations: 0.001, 0.005 and 0.010 May. % Sowing of seeds was carried out after drying to a flowability state. The seeds were sealed with peat crumb to a depth of 0.3-0.5 cm, followed by mulching with 0.05 cm of sawdust. The sowing time of seeds is the second decade. The soil is sod-medium podzolic, the pH of the soil environment is 4.5-5.5. At the end of the 1st and 2nd year of cultivation, medium samples were taken from 100 pieces of plants and biometric measurements were made. Reproducibility of experiments is 3 times. The seeding rate of seeds was 1.5 g per 1 n. M. Of the sowing line. Control samples were not treated with a stimulator.
1.The mean values of the results obtained are shown in Table. one.
(1:5).From tab. 1, it follows that the treatment of pine ordinary seeds with aqueous solutions of the CAMPAG of the indicated concentrations contributes to the intensification of growth processes simultaneously in the above-ground and subsurface plant organs, resulting in higher biometric indicators than in the control. At the same time, the leafing effect of the seedlings was also noted by the end of the 2nd growing season without disturbing the mass ratio of the underground and aboveground organs (1: 5).
In pine seedlings from seeds treated with 1-prostrate 3-diethylaminopropane diol (PE) by a known method, a stimulating effect was not observed by the end of the 2nd vegetation period, and it was noted at the end of the 1st vegetation period only above ground

This leads to disruption of the optimal mass ratio of the root system and aboveground organs, which reduces the stability of the seedlings to adverse environmental factors.
Example 2. The conditions and the timing of the bookmarks of experiments are similar to those described in Example 1. The soil germination of seeds was determined.
2.The mean values of the results obtained are shown in Table. 2
From the table. 2 data shows that the increase in soil germination of seeds of Scots pine by the proposed method reaches 38.4%, which is 21.4% higher than by the known method. At the same time, the effective concentration of CAMPAG is 2.5 times less than for PE.
Example 3. Terms and conditions
3.The mean values of the data obtained are given in Table. 3
From tab. 3 it follows that the number of plants per 1 rm. at the end of the 1st growing season, it exceeded control by 28-50%. This is 3-47% higher than the known. By the end of the 2nd growing season, the number of plants per 1 p. M and the yield of seedlings per 1 ha of nursery area exceeded the control by 33.3-114.8%, while in the variant of seed treatment by a known method, this effect absent.
