Abstract
Изобретение относитс к горному делу и может быть использовано при отработке крутых пластов длинными столбами по падению с гидравлической закладкой выработанного пространства. Цель - повышение безопасности за счет исключени обрушени и экструзивного сползани сыпучего материала гидрозакладки за ограждающей крепью. Дл этой цели гидрозакладочную суспензию (ГЗС) перед подачей в выработанное пространство 10 направл ют по трубопроводу в смеситель, где ее смешивают с капсулами (К) 5, выполненными в виде эластичных резинотканевых оболочек. Последние заполн ют тиксотропным, расшир ющимс при затвердевании гелем (Г). Предварительно К 5 из бункера поступают в вибратор, где подвергаютс механическому воздействию вибрацией. При этом Г разжижаетс и уменьшаетс в объеме. По трубопроводу ГЗС, смешанна с К 5, подаетс в выработанное пространство 10 над ограждающей крепью 11.
