Известны способы получени лакокрасочного состава в виде дисперсии (органозол ) полиакрилонитрила или акрилового сополимера (сополимера акрилонитрила и бутилакрилата), нераствор ющихс в дисперсионной среде.Methods are known for producing a paint-and-lacquer composition in the form of a dispersion (organosol) of polyacrylonitrile or an acrylic copolymer (a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butyl acrylate), which are not dissolved in a dispersion medium.
Предлагаемый способ получени лакокрасочного состава в отличие от известных позвол ет увеличить эластичность и адгезию пленок при получении органозол из полиакрилонитрила- Дл этого в качестве диспергатора используют диметилформамид в смеси с ароматическими углеводородами или этиловым спиртом с добавкой раствора пластификатора - дивинилнитрильного каучука или хлорсульфированного полиэтилена.The proposed method of obtaining a paint-and-lacquer composition, in contrast to the known ones, allows to increase the elasticity and adhesion of films when producing organosol from polyacrylonitrile.
