Отличительна особенность описываемого станка состоит в том, что приводом проводоводител служит электродвигатель, реверсируемый посредством концевых переключателей, а дл увеличени скорости лентопрот жного механизма при переходе от одного датчика к другому применен дополнительный .электродвигатель, управл емый от вращающегос переключател . Станок такой конструкции более надежен в работе. Кроме того, в станке могут быть применены два пуансона дл вырубки в ленте усиков, вл ющихс опорами проволочных решеток датчиков.A distinctive feature of the described machine is that the conductor is driven by an electric motor reversed by means of limit switches, and an additional electric motor controlled by a rotary switch is used to increase the speed of the tape mechanism. Между верхней 1 и нижней 2 част ми .головки посредством ведущего барабана 3 прот гиваетс кинопленка 4, на которую производитс намотка сопротивлений тензодатчиков. На кинопленке посредством двух пуансонов 5 w. 6, приводимых в движение от электродвигател 7 кулачками 8 и 9, закрепленными на диске 10, осуществл етс выруб ка усиков 11 и 12, удерживающих наматываемую проволоку тензодатчиков . Наматываема проволока располагаетс на катущке 13, установленной , на водиле 14 (поворотном проводоводителе), которое соверщает качательное движение вокруг вертикальной оси и производит укладку проволоки на усики пленки. Привод водила осуществл етс через щестерни 15, 16 и 17 от электродвигател 7, который реверсируетс концевыми выключател ми 18 и 19, взаимодействующими с выступами кулачкового диска 10. Ведущий барабан 3 лентопрот жного механизма получает прерывистое движение от электродвигател 7 через кулачковый диск 10 и выступ 20, который толкает подпружиненный ролик 21, передающий движение на храповое колесо 22, непосредственно соединенное с шестерн м-и 23, 24 и 25.Between the upper 1 and lower 2 portions of the head, through the driving drum 3, a film 4 is drawn, onto which the resistances of the strain gauges are wound.
