Отличительной особенностью нат жного устройства  вл етс  выполнение его в виде притормаживаемого вращающегос  диска с желобом, в котором уложены 2-3 витка провода, охватывающие диск.The present invention aims to simplify the design of the tension device, increase its stability and reliability, and thereby increase the productivity of labor.
