The invention relates to the field of measurement technology and can be used when measuring the deviations of grinding wheels.
On. the drawing shows a block diagram of a device for implementing the method. '^ </ p>

The method is implemented as follows. </ p>

A device for carrying out the method comprises a base 1, on which a spindle 2 with a horizontal axis of rotation and a movable support are mounted </ p>

3. On the spindle 2 fixed sensor 4 angle. Sensors 5 and 6 linear displacement mounted on the bracket 7, associated with the base 1. 25 </ p> </ li> </ ul>

The outputs of the sensors 4.5 and 6 are connected to the computing prefix 8, which has an indication unit 9. The sensors 5 and 6 come into contact with the cylindrical and face surfaces of the grinding wheel 10, respectively, with the help of arresters 11. The grinding wheel 10 is fixed on the spindle 2 by means of a flange 12, </ p>

The measured grinding wheel 10 is mounted coaxially on the spindle 2. Then the grinding wheel 10 is fixed with a flange 12 and the movable support 3 is brought up to interact with the spindle 2 and the direction of the unbalance vector is determined. is the axis of the hole, the grinding wheel 10 rotates with spindle 2 and with support 3 until $ </ p>

the center of mass will be established below the axis on the same vertical line with it. The specified vertical is the direction of the unbalance vector. With this direction combine one of the measurement points on the measured surfaces. To do this, with the help of arresters 11. bring the sensors 5 and 6, respectively, to the cylindrical and end surfaces of the grinding wheel 10 and measure at the selected points. Then, in a number of other points evenly spaced along the arc of a circle, similar measurements are made. The reference angles are set using the angle sensor 4, the signals from which are fed to the computing prefix 8 and the display unit 9. Cig20s from sensors 5 and 6 also enter computational prefix 8, where the deviation of the cylindrical and face surface of the grinding wheel 10 is determined by the greatest difference in the readings. </ P>
