The invention relates to compositions of glazes used for producing decorative coatings on art products from red clays, namely, restorative glazes.
The aim of the invention is to increase the chemical stability and ensure the restoration of the glaze.
1. The compositions of the proposed glaze are shown in Table 1.
Glaze is prepared from the mixture using a frit, as well as CuO, B1 (CO) s, MoOS.
2.Chemical and blend compositions Frit are given in table 2.
Glazes are prepared in wet grinding mills of periodic action by grinding the frits and constituent materials that are not subjected to fritting: CuO, B1 (O3) 5 and MoO3. Water is injected to a relative humidity of 45-50% and the grinding of the components is carried out to a residue on the No. 0063 grid in an amount of 0.5-0.7%. Glaze slurry at a density of 1.48-1.52 g / cm is applied to the surface of ceramic products that have passed through comfort firing at a temperature of 810-850 ° C, by dipping and spraying. The products covered with the glaze suspension are dried in the air and then burned in electric furnaces. The optimum firing temperature is 850-900 ° C with condensation at a maximum temperature of 1.5-2.0 hours. During the cooling process, in the temperature range 700-600 ° C, a reducing medium is created in the furnace by introducing technical rosin, fuel oil or heating oil into the furnace .
3.The proposed glaze has the properties presented in table 3.
