Изобретение otHocHtcH к производству и отделке древесноволокнистых плит и может бЫть применено в деревообрабатывающей промышленности .The invention otHocHtcH to the production and finishing of fibreboard and can be applied in the woodworking industry.
Цель изобретени - улучшение качества отделанной поверхности плит и упрощение процесса отделки.The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the finished surface of the plates and simplify the finishing process.
Example I. A wet fibrous carpet (80 g of absolutely dry fiber), glued with albumin glue (0.5 g) and paraffin dispersion (0.8 g), is applied with an aqueous dispersion of hydrocellulose (Polymerization degree 147, particle size SS µm ) in the amount of 2% dry matter ot mass of dry fibrous carpet. Hot pressing was performed at 180 ° C, specific pressure rio stages: 5.5, -1.0 and 5.0 MPa for 0.25, 6 and 2 minutes respectively. Plates after pressing are subjected to heat treatment at 165 ° C for 3 hours.
Примеры 2-5. Отличаютс от примера I тем, что гидроцеллюлозу нанос т на мокрый древесноволокнистый ковер в количестве 3,0, 6,5, 10,0 и 15,0% соответственно.Examples 2-5. They differ from example I in that the hydrocellulose is applied to a wet fiberboard in an amount of 3.0, 6.5, 10.0 and 15.0%, respectively.
Примеры 6-W. Отличаютс от примера 3 тфм, что гидроцеллюлозу используют со сте- п0нью полимеризации 113, 132. 150, 170 и 189 с(3ответственно, а размеры частиц диспер- с|1и при этом составл ют 22, 32, 51, 66 и 81 мкм. Examples 6-W. It differs from Example 3 tfm that the hydrocellulose is used with a polymerization degree of 113, 132. 150, 170 and 189 s (3 respectively, and the particle sizes are | 1, and they are 22, 32, 51, 66 and 81 microns.
Гидроцеллюлоза представл ет собой продукт , полученный обработкой беленой целлюлозы 5%-ным раствором серной кисло- Tii при 95-100°С .в течение 3 ч. При такой обработке происходит процесс гидролиза целлюлозы по аморфным участкам макро- мрлекул без деструкции кристаллитов и до- с|игаетс предельна степень полимериза- цЦ целлюлозы. Конкретное значение пре- д льной степени полимеризации зависит от исходной целлюлозы и условий ее получени ..Hydrocellulose is a product obtained by treating bleached pulp with a 5% solution of sulfuric acid at 95-100 ° C for 3 hours. During this treatment, the process of hydrolysis of the cellulose takes place in the amorphous sections of the macrocellulose without destruction of the crystallites and additionally c | i.e. the limiting degree of cellulose polymerization. The specific value of the limiting degree of polymerization depends on the initial pulp and the conditions for its preparation.
Результаты испытании плит, изготовленных по примерам 1 -10, приведены в таблице, ч Как видно из таблицы, применение гидроцеллюлозы позвол ет улучшить качество отделки ДВП по сравнению с известнымThe results of testing the plates made according to examples 1-10 are given in the table, h. As can be seen from the table, the use of hydrocellulose can improve the quality of the finish of hardboard compared to the known
способом: придать покрытию блеск, повысить его твердость на 24-53%, белизну на 75-110%; равномерность окраскн на 33- 43%. При этом снижение расхода гидроцеллюлозы менее 3% не обеспечивает укры0 8ИСТОСТИ волокнистой структуры плит. Увеличение расхода свыше 10% нецелесообразно , так как улучшение качества поверхности плит не происходит.way: to give the coating shine, increase its hardness by 24-53%, whiteness by 75-110%; Uniformity of color by 33–43%. At the same time, a reduction in the consumption of hydrocellulose of less than 3% does not provide for covering of the fibrous structure of the plates. An increase in consumption of more than 10% is impractical, since there is no improvement in the quality of the surface of the plates.
Применение гидроцеллюлозы со степенью полимеризации более 170 приводит к потере блеска покрытием и уменьшению его твердости . Чрезмерное уменьшение степени полимеризации (ниже 132) также нежелательно , так как оно вызывает уменьшение белизны покрыти и ухудшает равномерностьThe use of hydrocellulose with a degree of polymerization of more than 170 leads to a loss of gloss by the coating and a decrease in its hardness. An excessive decrease in the degree of polymerization (below 132) is also undesirable because it causes a decrease in the whiteness of the coating and degrades the uniformity.
Q его окраски.Q its coloring.
Применение гидроцеллюлозы позвол ет отказатьс от многочисленных компонентов, вход щих в известную композицию отделочного состава, и упростить тем самым технологический процесс отделки.The use of hydrocellulose makes it possible to abandon the numerous components that are included in the known composition of the finishing composition, and thereby simplify the technological process of finishing.
