Abstract
The invention relates to the woodworking industry and can be used in the production of dry-formed fibreboard. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the loss of tarred fiber during carpet molding. To do this, melted tall oil pitch is applied to wood chips treated with saturated steam at 180 ° C for 4 minutes. The melt temperature is 90 ° C, the amount of tall pitch is 2.5-12% by weight of absolutely dry wood. Then the chips are subjected to grinding on the refiner in one step. A phenol-formaldehyde resin is introduced into the obtained fiber in the amount of 3% by weight of absolutely dry fiber. The tar tar is dried to a moisture content of 6-8%, after which the fibrous carpet is formed. The carpet was cold pressed and hot pressed at 190 ° C for 6 minutes at a specific pressure of 5.5 MPa. After conditioning, the finished plates are tested in accordance with Spec. 13-444-83. The loss of wood raw material is determined at the exit from the cyclones located above the heads of the forming machine. 1 tab.

12%.According to these tables, the use of tall oil pitch in an amount less than 2.5% by weight of a.s. wood does not help reduce the loss of wood fiber to the environment. With an increase in the consumption of tall pitch (2.5-12.0%), a 3-fold reduction in fiber loss is observed as compared with the known method, with preservation of the physical and mechanical properties of the plates. With consumption of tall pitch, the amount of losses remains almost unchanged; it is the same with example A, where the consumption of tall pitch is 12%.
Thus, the proposed method, in comparison with the known, allows preserving the loss of the main raw material (wood fiber) and prevents environmental pollution of the fiber.
