Abstract
Р (Л ю 4; 00 This invention relates to the beneficiation of minerals. The purpose of the invention is to increase the recovery of valuable component in the finished concentrate and reduce the consumption of flotation agents. The circulating water is mechanically cleaned in the presence of coagulants and fed to the grinding stage. The main and control flotation of the pulp, the cleaning of the foam product (PP) of the main flotation and the delivery of the finished concentrate and waste product are carried out. At the same time, in the purified circulating water and in the liquid phase of the PP of the control and main flotation, chemically absorbed oxygen (COD) and the content of 0.044 microns in the solid phase of the PP of the main and control operations are determined. The main faction is completed when the content of the class is 0.044 μm in PP 55 - 60%, the ratio of COD, determined in the liquid phase of its PP and recycled water, 2.75 - 3.00. The control flotation is stopped when the content of the class of 0.044 μm in PP is 60-65%, the ratio of COD determined in the liquid phase of PP and in circulating water is 2.5-2.9. A way of comparing. with the known, it allows, while reducing the consumption of reagent, to increase the extraction of the useful component into the conditioned apatite concentrate by 2.0%. Description
Изобретение относитс к области обогащени полезных ископаемых, а именно к процессу флотагдии фосфорсодержащих руд с использованием оборотного водоснабжени .The invention relates to the field of mineral processing, in particular to the process of flotagdia of phosphorus-containing ores using recycled water supply.
The purpose of the invention is to extract the valuable component from the finished concentrate and reduce the consumption of flotation reagents.
44 мкм достигает в пенных продуктах не менее 65 вес.%.In the method of flotation enrichment of phosphorus-containing ores, including mechanical purification of circulating water in the presence of coagulants, its feed to the grinding stage, main and control flotation | cleaning the froth product of the main flotation and delivery of the finished concentrate and waste product, the duration of the operations of the main and control flotation. and the amount of solid material is thinner. 44 microns reaches in foam products at least 65 wt.%.
Расчеты показывают, что ограниче- ние времени основной флотации апати- ТОВОЙ руды до 7-8 мин, а контроль- ной - до 4 - 3 мин, позволит исключить извлечение в их пенные продукты вредных примесей и, таким образом, не только стабилизировать процесс и повысить технологические показатели обогащени , но и снизить расход флотореагентов .This is subject to experiments that were performed in the laboratory during the flotation of crushed apatite ore with additives to the process of foam products selected directly from the ANOF-P factory from different chambers — the control number of the last chamber of the main. Calculations show that limiting the time of the main flotation of apatite ore to 7–8 min, and the control time, to 4–3 min, will make it possible to exclude the removal of harmful impurities into their foam products and, therefore, not only to increase technological indicators of enrichment, but also to reduce the consumption of flotation agents.
For other phosphorus-containing ores, when they are enriched by the proposed method, the time parameters of the main and Control flotation are set experimentally.
