The purpose of the invention is to increase the grinding of phosphorus pentoxide from ores with variable grinding. The feedstock is crushed and the content of the useful component (PC) and the size of the crushed raw materials are monitored. The pulp is treated with a modifier and N-acylated amino acids (AAA) or their alkaline salts and fatty acids (FA) or their alkaline salts are introduced sequentially along the flotation front in the ratio Q, (- d), where Q and Q are the amount of AAA, respectively or their alkaline salts and FA or their alkaline salts, P (-d) - the content of the particle size below the specified, K - proportionality coefficient, taking into account the change in the surface of the interaction of thin classes after the introduction of AAK or their alkalis, K 1. The reagent AAK or their alkaline salts are served in an amount proportional to the content in the feedstock PC. At the first flotation stage, with the introduction of the AAK reagent, the latter more actively floats coarse grains, which contributes to the extraction of larger PC classes into the froth product. In the second stage of flotation, with the introduction of the liquid crystal, the collector of the latter is sorbed on the surface and floc defects, increasing their hydrophobicity. At the same time, efficient extraction of large and small PC classes into the foam product is achieved. 1 hp f-ly. c (L 00 00 4 Od
Description
The invention relates to methods for the beneficiation of minerals, in particular, to the field of flotation enrichment of phosphate ores, with variable grinding.
The aim of the invention is to increase the recovery of phosphorus pentoxide from ores with variable grinding.
According to the method of flotation enrichment of phosphate, for example, apatite-containing ores, including ore preparation, control of the content of the useful component and nutritional size of flotation, pulp treatment with a modifier and flotation using a combination of collectors of N-acylated amino acids or their alkaline salts, collectors of N -acyl- baths of amino acids, or their alkaline salts and fatty acids, or their alkaline salts are served sequentially along the flotation front and in the ratio

При этом N-ацилированные аминокислоты или Vix щелочные соли подают в количестве, пропорциональном содержанию в исходной руде полезного компонента .reduction of the surface of the interaction of fine classes after treatment with N-acylated amino acids or their alkaline salts. In this case, N-acylated amino acids or Vix alkali salts are served in an amount proportional to the content of the useful component in the original ore.
The essence of the method lies in the fact that reagents of the type of N-acylated amino acids (LAC) more actively float coarse grains and the less active fine-grained (slime) part of the useful component. This distribution of efficacy results from the selective flocculation of the fine-grained fraction after AAA treatment. The formation of floccules occurs in such a way that the most hydrophobized surfaces of individual particles are turned inward, and the more hydrated surfaces

Therefore, according to the proposed method, at the first flotation stage, the AAK reagent is supplied, which flocculates the sludge and facilitates extraction into the froth product.

The fatty acid collector is then dosed along the flotation front, which is sorbed on the surface and on the defects.
In this case, the most efficient extraction of large and small classes of the useful component into the foam product is achieved.
