In its natural form, the production of analgin has a pH of 5.9. Thus, it is an acidic activator. It seems that the activation of the white sludge, which contributes to an additional increase in the strength of the material, is achieved under the influence of the fatty sodium salt contained in this waste.
Belit (nepheline) sludge is a by-product of complex processing of apatite-nepheline rocks to alumina, soda and lottery. The output of nepheline sludge per 1 ton of alumina is about 6 tons. The sludge is 80% composed of belite-dicalcium silicate, it also contains complex aluminosilicates of sodium and potassium. In the composition, both the belite (two-silicate) and aluminosilicate (nepheline) components are useful: first due to the manifestation of the caking properties, the second due to the stepwise phase transformations undergoing in the presence of liquid glass zeolite-like alkaline hydroaluminosilicates R O-K OeCh2-4), SiO ,, that are formed at the initial stages of the interaction of the components, and then at 100 ° C are transferred to anhydrous types of nepheline and albite, since as the temperature rises, the sulfuric water containing with in composition u Christmas tree hydroaluminosilicates, which forms a uniformly porous structure of a waterproof material.
The technology of making the composition includes the operations of mixing liquid CTeioia with waste of mineral wool, and then of belite spam, pre-filled with a natural solution of analgin production waste. The mass is mixed to a homogeneous consistency (for 5–7 min) and then molded by plastic casting into metal molds of beams with dimensions 40 ”40–160 mm. Sample hardening is carried out at 160 ° C for 5-6 hours.
Составы композиции и результаты физико-механических испытаний полученного материала приведены в таблице .The compositions of the composition and the results of physico-mechanical tests of the material obtained are shown in the table.
