Description

Известны способы возведени  крепи путем е опускани  или подвешивани  сверху вниз в пройденную выработку.Known methods for the construction of lining by e-lowering or hanging from top to bottom in the completed production.

Как опускание, так и подвешивание крепи в известных способах предусматриваетс  дл  креплени  вертикальных выработок с поверхности при заполнении их жидкостью.Both lowering and hanging fixings in known methods are provided for fastening vertical workings from the surface when filled with liquid.

Описываемый способ возведени  креплени  в восстающих выработках отличаетс  от известных тем, что крепление производ т посредством опускани  собранных над устьем выработки венцов крепи, оснащенных направл юш,ими уголками. Применение такого способа возведени  крепи позвол ет производить крепление восстающих выработок сверху вниз, вслед за расширением пройденной по углю скважины , на пластах крутого падени  в подземных услови х и обеспечивает ускорение и лучшее качество работ.The described method of erection of the fastening in the rising workings differs from the known ones in that the fastening is carried out by lowering the crowns of the crowns assembled over the mouth of the working, equipped with the directions, corners. Предлагаемый способ креплени  восстающих выработок предусматривает возведение ее вслед за проходческой машиной /, расшир ющей выработку, сверху вниз по предварительно пробуренной скважине 2 методом опускани  под действием собственного веса. Вслед за проходческой машиной опускают направл ющую раму 5, на которой укладывают первый венец крепи. Направл юща  рама поддерживаетс  канатом от лебедки, установленной на вентил ционном щтреке. Дл  уменьщеии  трени  между стенками выработки и крепью предусмотрены направл ющие уголки 4, располагаемые по углам выработки ниже направл ющей рамы и выполненные в виде полозьев. НаправХУ 142255- 2 л ющие уголки имеют быстроразъемные соединени , причем уголки у лежачего бока снабжены выступами 5 дл  создани  зазора между почвой выработки и крепью, во избежание заклинивани  ее в случае попадани  штыва. Укладка венцов крепи и наращивание уголков производ тс  на вентил ционном штреке по мере продвижени  проходческой машины и опускани  сруба.The proposed method of fastening the rising workings involves erecting it, following the tunneling machine, which expands the output, from top to bottom along the previously drilled well 2 by the method of lowering under its own weight. Проведенные испытани  предлагаемого способа на одной из шахт кузнецкого угольного бассейна, подтвердили возможность плавного опускани  крепи под действием собственного веса, без перекосов и заклинивани , а также без присутстви  людей в закрепл емой выработке .The tests carried out on the proposed method at one of the mines of the Kuznetsk coal basin confirmed the possibility of a smooth lowering of the lining under the action of its own weight, without distortions and jamming, and also without the presence of people in the fixed production.
