() СПОСОБ ОТРАБОТКИ ЦЕЛИКОВ ПРИ КАНЕРНОСТОЛБОВОЙ СИСТЕМЕ РАЗРАБОТКИ() METHOD OF DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONS UNDER KANERSTOLBOVOY SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

Изобретение относитс  к горной промышленности и может быть использовано при выемке целиков, оставлен ных в результате отработки месторождени  камерно-столбовой системой, и выемке рудной потолочины. Известен способ выемки целиков при камерно-столбовой системе отработки с последующей посадкой кровли l3 Недостаток данного способа - частична  выемка целиков, в св зи с опа ностью обнажени  кровли большой площади . Известен также способ выемки цели ков при камерно-столбовой системе ра работки, включающий бурение скважин в целике из пройденной буровой выработки с перебуром в породы кровли, образование выпускной воронки, зар жание и взрывание скважин, выпуск отбитой массы через воронки 21. Недостатком данного способа  вл ютс  потери руды при отрезке целика от кровли. Цель изобретени  - повышение извлечени  полезного ископаемого. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что перед бурением скважин вокруг каждого целика возвод т сооружение из твердеющей закладки в виде воронки пр моугольной формы, бортам которой придают наклон под углом естественного откоса к основанию целика, а взрывание всех целиков производ т одновременно. На фиг. 1 показана камера, вертикальный разрез, на фиг. 2 - разрез. А-А на фиг.1, Перед началом буровзрывных и проходческих работ вокруг каждого целика 1 возвод т из твердеющей закладки сооружение 2 в виде воронки пр моугольной формы с бортами под углом естественного откоса к основанию цблика 1, имеющее в сечении форму пр моугольного треугольника, причем нижнее основание треугольника равно половине рассто ни  между стенками целиков 1 .После затвердевани  закладки под столбовым целиком 1 проход т полевой откаточный штрек 3 , из которого проход т думку k и буровую камеру 5 Дл  разбуривани  целика 1 скважинами 6 с перебуренными участками 7 на величины 1,5-2,0 м в потолочину 8. В почве 9 бур т скважины 10 дл  образовани  воронки 11, Взрывание пробуренных скважин 6 и 10 производ т одновременно, в результате чего происходит обрушение целиков 1 и потолочины 8 на сооружени  2 ,способствующее полноте выемки отбитой руды. The goal is achieved by the fact that before drilling wells around each pillar, a structure is erected from a hardening bookmark in the form of a rectangular funnel, the sides of which are tilted at an angle of repose to the base of the pillar, and the blasting of all pillars is performed simultaneously.
