Устройство содержит охлаждаемую камеру 1, на стенке которой размещен экран крионасоса 2 и нагреватель 3. Камера 1 снабжена крыщкой 4, в стенку которой введен газоввод 5, соединенный с одной стороны с трубопроводом 6, имеющим охлаждающее устройство 7, а также сопла 8, обращенные к изделию 9, с другой стороны с дросселем 0 и смесителем 11.
