Abstract
(ЛThe invention relates to a technology for the production of defluorinated phosphates used as feed additives in animal husbandry, to increase the content and allow for the finished product and simplify the process. According to the proposed method for obtaining defluorinated phosphates, low-grade phosphate raw materials are melted in the presence of calcium polyphosphate containing 50 + 2% PjOj, with a mass ratio of phosphate equal to (0.06i-1); l, followed by quenching the melt with water. The method allows to increase the content in the finished product up to 28-41%., Reduce the process temperature by 20-150 ° C depending on the amount of the added additive and simplify the process by eliminating the stage of pre-mixing of the reagents. Подача фосфата и фосфатного реагента может осуществл тьс без ста- дни предварительного смешени за счет раздельной подачи компонентов в зону плавлени .The supply of phosphate and phosphate reagent can be carried out without a preliminary mixing stage due to the separate supply of components to the melting zone.
The process proposed by the method allows to increase the content in the finished product, eliminate the stage of preliminary mixing of reagents and reduce the melting point of the mixture by 20-150 ° C, depending on the amount of the added additive.
