Description
The invention relates to methods for the disposal of industrial waste, in particular phosphite sludge, and can be used in the production of m | mineral fertilizers.
The purpose of the invention is to utilize phosphate sludge containing calcium compounds in order to obtain a standard product, feed mono-calcium phosphate.
The method is carried out as follows.
Фосфитно-кальциевый шлам, пред- сНгавл ющий собой смесь фосфита и карбоната кальци и содержащий, мас,%:Phosphite-calcium sludge, which is a mixture of phosphite and calcium carbonate, containing, in wt,%:

1922, placed in a tempering furnace, where it is subjected to heat treatment at 800 - 1100 ° C. After cooling, the calcined mixture is treated with a pac4eTHbDsi amount of phosphoric acid. Get the product corresponding to feed phosphate calcium according to GOST. The temperature regime and sequence of operations, as well as the raw materials used, ensure the production of conditioned air.
Changing the sequence of the e-rtoB process — first mixing the reagents, then heat treatment — causing calcium pyrophosphate, t.e. the product can not be used as a feed.
Presence of up to 20% calcium carbonate in the original sludge, on the one hand (Causes formation of hydroxylapatite during calcination and not calcium pyrophosphate, which is important when obtaining ikoBbDC additives, on the other hand, loosening the intermediate product, which speeds up the processing its orthophosphoric acid. Use as a phosphorus-containing substance orthophosphoric acid more economically feasible. Than the use of salts of orthophosphates Example 1. 25 g of the original was Ma, containing, wt.%: CaO 45.08, H, P05 22.0, PjOsoeui ,. 20.2, put
.3 porcelain boat and calcined at 950 C for 30 minutes. The calcined slurry is mixed with 41.5 ml of 50% orthophosphoric acid, which provides the ratio, 79, Get 40., 15 g of the product containing,%: CaO 13.0,, 55.0, is absent, which corresponds to feed - Vital monocalcium phosphate according to GOST. .
П р и м е р 2. PRI mme R 2. The process is carried out as in Example 1, but the temperature of the calcination is different.
The dependence of the quality of the product - monocalcium phosphate - on the calcination mode is given in the table.
As can be seen from the tablej, the calcination of the phosphite sludge is advisable to carry out in the temperature range of 800-1100 ° C. Lowering the temperature leads to the appearance in the final product of oxidized forms of phosphorus, and an increase in excess of 1,100 ° C is not economically feasible due to the high energy costs.
Использование других фосфатов кальци с усво емой формой PjO приводит к увеличению дозы фосфорсодержащего компонента, что экономически невыгодно .If calcium phosphates are used as phosphorus-containing compounds, it is necessary to increase the Ca / P ratio in the product to 0.75-0.82, at t wt.h. sludge take 12-7 ma.ch. monycalcium phosphate, in which, 646. The use of other calcium phosphates with an assimilable form of PjO leads to an increase in the dose of the phosphorus-containing component, which is uneconomical.
Example 3. 25 g of the original sludge is analogously to example 1 preliminarily mixed with 41.5 ml of 50%
Get the product with the content of P Ojuce 9,94%. In this order of processing the sludge, the content of the digestible form is reduced due to the formation of the pyro form and the resulting product cannot be used as a feed additive.
Целесообразно добавл ют ортофос- форную кислоту в таком количестве, которое обеспечило бы соотношение Са/Р в смеси Оj75-0,82.It is advisable to add orthophosphoric acid in an amount that would provide a Ca / P ratio in the Oj75-0.82 mixture.
The implementation of the method will allow to obtain a conditioned product from waste at minimum cost.
