The dryness of the invention lies in the fact that a thin layer of synthetic adhesive with a low adhesion to metals is applied on the surface to be tested. Then, the cured adhesive film is separated, together with the implanted particles of mechanical impurities, and it is dissolved in a dosed volume of chemically pure organic solvent. After that, an automatic indirect particle size analysis of the controlled solution is carried out with the aid of a liquid contaminant analyzer. 1 hp f-ly, 2 ill.

Изобретение относитс к технологии очистки изделий и может быть использовано, в частности, в машиностроении дл контрол , например, механических загр знений узлов и деталей машин.The invention relates to the technology of cleaning products and can be used, in particular, in mechanical engineering for controlling, for example, mechanical soils of machine components and parts.
Цель изобретени - повышение точности контрол в труднодоступных поверхност х .The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of control in hard-to-reach surfaces.
На фиг. 1 схематически изображен слой синтетического кле на металлической поверхности; на фиг. 2 - отдел ема отверж- денна клеева пленка с налипшими частицами механических загр знений.FIG. 1 shows schematically a layer of synthetic glue on a metal surface; in fig. 2 - detachable hardened adhesive film with adhering particles of mechanical impurities.
Способ контрол загр знений на металлических поверхност х осуш,ествл ют сле- дуюш,им образом.The method for controlling contamination on metal surfaces is dried in the following way.
The contaminated controlled surface 1 of the metal part is covered with a thin layer of 0.5 mm thick synthetic glue 2 with a low adhesiveness to PVA-type metals, which in the liquid state well fills all grooves and microscopic irregularities. After curing, the adhesive film 2, together with the embedded particles 3 mechanical impurities, is separated from the metal surface (for ease of separation, a thread loop is glued into the film), then the film is dissolved in a metered volume of a chemically pure organic solvent with filtration fineness up to 5 µm {for this objectives, you can use an AFB-5 paper filter used in the aviation industry), after which an automatic indirect particle size analysis of the controlled solution is performed using analysis ora liquid contaminants AZZH-type 905 within the existing working procedure with said device with registration number contaminants by size fractions on the digital display device. At the same time, the solvent dosed volume is determined by the volume of the analyzer inlet funnel (for an AZL-905 analyzer, the funnel volume is 100 cm), and the film size (film area at a specified thickness) introduced into the solvent dosed volume in order to minimize the dissolution time is determined in advance experimental way.

Примером осуществлени предлагаемого способа может служить контроль механических загр знений на металлической пластине из материала АМГ-6 размерами ЮОх 100 мм с выполненными на ее контролируемой поверхности царапинами глубиной до 2 мм.An example of the implementation of the proposed method is the control of mechanical impurities on a metal plate made of AMG-6 material with a size of 100 x 100 mm with scratches up to 2 mm deep on its controlled surface.
Контроль чистоты согласно предлагаемому способу производ т следующим образом.The purity control according to the proposed method is performed as follows.
После этого производ т автоматический косвенный гранулометрический анализ контролируемого раствора при помощи анализатора жидкостных загр знений АЗЖ-905.Mechanical impurities are applied to the previously cleaned controlled surface: metal particles 10 pieces with sizes from 0.2 to 2 mm; 10 particles of quartz sand with dimensions of 0.2-0.3 mm and textile fibers of 10 pieces up to 5 mm long Then, PVA polyvinyl acetate glue is applied to the surface in a thin layer .B mm thick. After curing for 5 hours at room temperature, the adhesive film 2 with an area of 60 cm is separated from the metal surface and dissolved in a filter of 5 microns filtration volume of 100 cm with acetic acid CHjCOOH 100% concentration for 3 hours at room temperature. After that, an automatic indirect particle size analysis of the controlled solution is performed using the AZZh-905 liquid contaminant analyzer.
Использование предлагаемого способа позвол ет повысить качество контрол и автоматизировать процесс гравиметрического анализа.Using the proposed method allows to improve the quality of control and automate the process of gravimetric analysis.
