Abstract
This invention relates to analytical chemistry, and specifically to methods for determining ruthenium in electrolytes, and can be used to improve accuracy and reduce analysis time. For this purpose, 0.1 ml of an electrolyte containing 0.4 mg of ruthenium is added to a 5 ml measuring tube, 2 ml of distilled water, 2.5 ml of a 16 mol / L NaOH solution are added and mixed. Elemental bromine is added dropwise to a concentration of 0.2 mol / l and the solution is diluted with distilled water to 5 ml. After stirring, the solution is photometric at nm on FEC-56 with a solution layer thickness of 5 ml. The content of ruthenium is determined by calibration curve. The relative error in the determination of ruthenium under optimal conditions is an order of magnitude smaller than in the prototype. The analysis time is reduced to 8 minutes. 5-6 times compared to the prototype. 1 tab.

Как следует из предс1авленных в таблице результантов при концентраци х NaOH 6-8 моль/л и Вг , 0,15 - 0,25 моль/л предлагаемый способ позвол ет на пор док уменьшить относительную ошибку определени рутени .As follows from the resultants presented in the table at NaOH concentrations of 6–8 mol / L and Br, 0.15–0.25 mol / L, the proposed method makes it possible to decrease the relative error in the determination of ruthenium by an order of magnitude.
By eliminating laborious preparation operations before the analysis, reducing the use of reagents, the proposed method allows reducing the analysis time to 8 minutes, i.e. reduce the duration of the analysis by 5-6 times.
