При отвинчивании или завинчивании пробки в крышку аккумул тора маховику сообш,ают от руки вращательное движение, при этом отвинчивание пробки происходит за счет кинетической энергии , сообш,енной маховику.The proposed device facilitates labor and increases productivity. В фланце имеетс  резьба, в которую ввинчиваетс  отвертка 4 и прижимаетс  гайкой 5.
