Предлагаемый способ позвол ет получить пенообразователь, дающий более устойчивую пену. Дл  этого нейтрализацию сульфокислот провод т известковым молоком с последующей обработкой продукта углекислым газом. Сульфокислоты, например типа контакта Петрова, нейтрализуют свежеприготовленным известковым молоком до слабощелочной реакции . Образующийс  при нейтрализации осадок в виде сернокислого кальци  отфильтровывают на рамном фильтре через бельтинг. Фильтрат , с целью дальнейшего удалени  гидроокиси кальци , обрабатывают углекислым газом до слабокислой реакции среды и полного перевода гидроокиси кальци  в бикарбонат кальци . Раствор упаривают при температуре 90-100° в вакууме 400-700 мм, при этом бикарбонаг кальци  переходит в карбонат, который отфильтровывают (упаривание ведут до плотности ,145-rl,150).
