Abstract
The invention relates to the field of chemical processing technology of polymers, namely to the production of solutions of cellulose in phosphoric acid, suitable for forming fibers and films. The invention allows to obtain homogeneous concentrated solutions of cellulose, suitable for forming articles, to reduce the degree of destruction of cellulose and to reduce the duration of the dissolution process from 8.5-12 to 2-3.15 h due to the fact that the pulp is first suspended in concentrated phosphoric acid at 40 - 60 C for 0.05 to I h, followed by cooling to O - 5 ° C and holding at this temperature until a homogeneous solution is formed. and C 00 4 00 00 with about:
Description
This invention relates to a chemical processing technology for polymers, namely, the preparation of solutions of cellulose in phosphoric acid, suitable for forming fibers and films.
The aim of the invention is to obtain homogeneous concentrated cellulose solutions suitable for forming articles, dissolving cellulose and shortening the process time.
680.Example 1. For the preparation of an A% solution of 10.2 g of leaf sulphate pulp (JS 1080) cut into squares 1 11 cm in size, placed in a flask containing 150 ml of an 80% phosphoric acid solution heated to 40 ° C and incubated for 1.0 h. Then the contents of the flask are stirred until a uniform mass is formed and thermostatted at 0 ° C. After 2 h, the cellulose portion completely dissolved and a homogeneous, viscous solution at 20 ° C was formed. Cellulose, precipitated from solution in the form of a film, has SP 680.
25 80% phosphoric acid, heated to 50 ° C, and maintained at this temperature for 3 minutes. The swollen pulp mass is stirred and cooled to 3 ° C. After 3 hours, 12% is formed. If the process of dissolving the cellulose is carried out according to a known homogeneous homogeneous solution, which does not contain

35with an acid to heat it at 50 ° C, the effluent solution, still containing a fragment of individual fibers, is formed only in 8.5 hours. During this time, the cellulose SP decreased to 250. It is not possible to form a monolithic film from the solution. Example2. 22.1 tons of sulphate pulp sheet (SP 740) prepared for dissolution, as in Example 1, are treated for 0.5 h with 200 ml of 80% phosphoric acid solution, heated to 60 C. Then the resulting suspension is cooled to 5 C and continue to thermostat for another 1.5 h. A homogeneous solution was obtained, containing no signs of underdissolved cellulose fibers, 6.5% of which
