Изобретение относитс  к производству безобжиговых легковесных теплоизол ционных изделий и может быть использовано дл  футеровки тепловых агрегатов металлургической, нефтехимической , машиностроительной и других отраслей промьшшенности. Цель изобретени  - снижение кажущейс  ппот кости и теплопроводности. Сырьева  смесь содержит, мас.%: цемент с содержанием диалюмината кальци  90% 25-40; кварцевый песок 13-17; вспученный перлит 10-15; глиноземсодер- жащий компонент с О ;лошен1 м V А1,,0, / /dAl,jC в пределам 2,33-3,0 37-43. Издели  из смеси имеют- кажущуюс  плотность 0,92-1,01 г/гм и теплопроводность ,34 Вт/(мК). 1 табл. Смесь готов т в зетообраэном смесителе из подготовленной сырьевой смеси влажностью 20-25% на гидравлическом прессе прессуют издели  в форме нормального кирпича.
