Трубка 2 заканчиваетс  коническим насадком 5, вода из которого попадает на лопатки турбины 4. При достаточном повыщении давлени  трубка 2 разгибаетс , вследствие чего стру  воды только частично поступает на лопатки, и энерги , передаваема  струей воды на колесо турбины, уменьшаетс , чем предотвращаетс  чрезмерное увеличение числа оборотов и устран етс  повыщение напр жени  светильника- Кроме того, в регул торе предусмотрен отсекатель 5 струи, отвод щий часть энергии от колеса.The water from the pressure line enters through the shtutser 1 into the tube 2 of oval section, made in the form of a manometric spring.
