Description
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to methods for determining the concentration of dense substances in sweat,
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reproducibility of the method.
The goal is achieved by introducing nickel oxide hydrate into the sweat fluid, and

The reaction with the sweat components of the metal ions is revealed by the introduction of dimethylglyoxin prior to the staining reaction, the intensity of which is proportional to the concentration of dissolved metal ions.
А. Учет интенсивности реакции ведут визуально по сравнению с колориметрической калибровочной шкалой, котора приготавливаетс стандартным способом 1 раз в три мес ца .Example: A finely dispersed powder of nickel oxide hydrate with a module of 5.3 + 1.4 mg / cm is put on a sheet of filter paper and with a white stripe, and squares 1x1 cm in size are prepared from it. When carrying out the reaction, they are placed in the slot of a standard comparator .dl immunological studies. A drop of sweat (0.022 ml) collected with a micropipette directly from the surface of the test skin is applied to the comparator socket on a sheet of test paper, incubated for 15 minutes and then 1 ml of water is added. After an hour-long incubation, the resulting solution is filtered into the neighboring nest of the comparator and 0.5 ml of the developing reagent, dimethylglyoxime, is added to 0.3 ml of the filtrate according to the standard reaction of V.A. Chugaev. Accounting for the intensity of the reaction is carried out visually in comparison with a colorimetric calibration scale, which is prepared in the standard way 1 time in three months.
Table 1 shows the results of the study of the solubility of nickel hydroxide Ni (OH.) In mA / l in water, in a 10-component model of a sweat liquid of known composition and in the sweat of testers,
Table 2 presents data on the concentration of ions in various media, determined by the known (by the C1 ion in mA / l) and the proposed (by the ion in mA / l 10). in ways.
В качестве эталонного выбран физиологический раствор, содержаш;ий только анионы хлора, дл сравнени с показател ми потовой жидкости испытателей , полученными известным способом по ионным группам хлора и предлагаемым способом по ионным группам никел .A physiological solution, containing only chlorine anions, was chosen as a reference for comparison with the indicators of sweat liquid of testers obtained in a known manner from the ionic groups of chlorine and the proposed method from the ionic groups of nickel.
As can be seen from Table 2, the amount of chlorine ions is determined significantly less than in physiological saline, in a known manner in the sweat of the testers.

The proposed method allows to capture not only chlorine ions, but also other anionic groups that are not trapped in a known manner.
З представлены данные о концентрации (в мА/л 10 Ni) веществ в поте испытателей-мужчин и женщин, вз том в производственных услови х, у спортсменов на тренировках и у нетренированных лиц (сауна).Table 3 presents data on the concentration (in mA / l 10 Ni) of substances in the sweat of male and female testers, taken under production conditions, in athletes in training, and in untrained persons (sauna).
