Известный способ изготовлени  крупногабаритных изделий слоистой структуры с применением пенопласта и стеклопласта (например, при постройке судов с трехслойным корпусом)  вл етс  сложным: сначала на пуансон наноситс  несколько слоев стекломатериала или стеклоткани , предварительно пропитанных смолой, затем нерпендпкул рмо к поверхности слоев монтируютс  ребра жесткости из двух слоев указанного материала; между ребрами жесткости укладываютс  блоки пенопласта и сверху-такое же количество стекловолокна, как и на пуансон . После этого сверху накладывают матрицу и плотно соедин ют ее с пуансоном.
