Загрузка вагранки производитс  после получени  команды от уровнемера 8, периодически вводимого внутрь вагранки. При загрузке вод ные затворы 5 и 6 открываютс  поочередно, что исключает возможность непосредственного соединени  рабочего пространства вагранки с атмосферой. При подаче давлени  в пневмоцилиндр 10 подвижный кольцевой желоб нижнего вод ного затвора поднимаетс  и кольцевой нож шибера 3 погружаетс  в воду. Дл  возможности горизонтального перемещени  шибера кольцевой желоб нижнего вод ного затвора опускаетс  при помощи пневмоцилиндра 10.The mixture is poured into the intermediate hopper with the shutter 5 closed through the previously opened cover 2.
