Abstract
1 ил. to сд ю 00 The invention relates to methods for the cavitation test of pumps and improves the accuracy of determining the boundary of the cavitation breakdown of the pump (I). The amplitude-frequency characteristic (AFC) of the test pump is preliminarily measured on the test bench and the frequency from pressure fluctuations is determined at which the signal passes without distortion of the channel pressure at the inlet to H — the pressure at the outlet of H — and also measured and recorded parameters of vibration oscillations of the hull H on the operating mode. The pressure at the inlet to H is reduced at a constant speed equal to the product of the frequency and amplitude of pressure fluctuations previously determined by AFC, and at the same time subject the casing H to vibrational vibrations with parameters equal to the corresponding oscillation parameters in the operating mode. This results in an intensification of the release of gas phase bubbles from the pumped liquid. 1 il. to cd o 00

В процессе снижени давлени корпус насоса 6 подвергают вибрационным колебани м с параметрами, равными соответствующим параметрам колебаний на эксплуатационном режиме, и 25 фиксируют величину входного давлени , при которой происходит кавитационный срыв работы насоса.valve at a constant speed, equal to the product of the frequency oscillations of pressure oscillations and amplitude Apx, previously determined by the amplitude-frequency characteristic. In the process of reducing the pressure, the pump casing 6 is subjected to vibration oscillations with parameters equal to the corresponding parameters of the oscillations in the operating mode, and 25 records the value of the input pressure at which cavitation breakdown of the pump operation occurs.
The accuracy of determining the boundary of the cavitation breakdown increases due to the intensification of the release of gas phase bubbles from the liquid while simultaneously reducing the pressure at a given speed and the effect of alternating accelerations acting on the mass of the working medium.
