Description

The invention relates to the industrial use of building materials and can be used in the manufacture of an effective thermal insulation material - thermal perlite.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the application temperature and reduce hygroscopicity.
Composition for the manufacture of thermal insulation material contains expanded perlite, soda, alkali, mineral fiber and mineral oil
When the components are mixed, fine droplets of oil clog the pores of the expanded perlite, thereby preventing the penetration of the alkali component into the pores and settling there as ballast, not participating in the monolithic process and affecting the temperature and water resistance of thermal perlite. The introduction of oils makes it possible to reduce the consumption of the alkaline component and, as a result, to increase the application temperature and reduce the hygroscopicity. However, the action of the oil becomes effective if it is in a finely dispersed state, for which additional introduction of an emulsifier is necessary. It is advisable to use soda, which is an effective emulsifier and at the same time an alkaline component that participates in the homogenization of the system. Possessing less reactivity than alkali, soda practically does not react with perlite silica and mineral fibers at normal temperature (with stirring) and does not affect the strength of the press blanks. During heat treatment, the oil burns out, the soda component reacts with silica to form monolithic hydrosilicates. Due to the less alkalizing ability of soda, it less eats away mineral 9001

Mineral wool, glass fiber, while alkali-resistant asbestos fiber is predominantly introduced into thermal perlite.
In the proposed composition can be used vaseline, oleic, machine and other mineral oils,
7,6-10.It is advisable to use, in combination with expanded perlite and fiber, oxygen production waste, containing, in wt.%: Mineral oil 0.4-3.3, soda 86-92, and sodium chloride 7.6-10.
The composition used is 0.1-1.8 kg / l, the pH value of the waste is 12.5-13.5. These wastes are not currently used. 0 They are available at all sewage treatment plants and are toxic.
Samples are prepared as follows.
An aqueous solution of the gate is prepared on the basis of the waste of oxygen production 5, which includes 90% soda, 8% alkali and 2% mineral oil, on the basis of a mixture of soda, alkali and vaseline oil, and also on the basis of soda-alkali melt.
Expanded perlite, mineral fiber, solvent are sequentially introduced into the mixer and mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
From the mixture obtained with a humidity of 25–30%, the samples are molded with pressing at a specific pressure of 4.3–5.0 kgf / cm and held under load for 5–10 s.
Heat treatment is carried out at 580-700 ° C.
Изготовленные предлагаемым способом образцы подвергают испытани м в соответствии со стандартными методиками .Manufactured by the proposed method, the samples are subjected to tests in accordance with standard techniques.
Как видно из таблицы, использование предлагаемой композиции обеспечивает улучшение свойств термоперлита .As can be seen from the table, the use of the proposed composition provides improved properties of thermal perlite.
