CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of drying the sludge of mink of lime; pulverizing the dried sludge into 0.01-0.03 n/m; and mixing 66 wt.% of the pulverized sludge, 16 wt.% of styrofoam with a size of 1-2 n/m, 16 wt.% of magnesia and 2 wt.% of a stabilizing agent. Preferably the sludge comprises 11 wt.% of the primary residue; 13 wt.% of the secondary residue; and 76 wt.% of the hydro residue.

Description

Manufacturing method of lightweight insulation using lime oil sludge

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lightweight insulating material of a building, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a lightweight insulating material having excellent thermal insulation by adding a secondary raw material to the sludge generated in the lime oil manufacturing process.

Conventional heat insulators have the main component of the pressing, which is not only eliminated when handled or used, but also regulated as a carcinogen and are not used at present. In addition, there was a disadvantage that the insulation effect is lowered by the plate-like connection portion during construction. In addition, gypsum board has a large number of problems, such as a large specific gravity and heat loss to the connecting portion.

Lime oil sludge, on the other hand, is harmless to the human body, but has a problem of large specific gravity and weak cohesiveness, resulting in waste of resources and disposal of landfills.

The present invention is intended to solve the above problems by using a lime oil sludge to provide an excellent heat insulation and harmless to the human body, and excellent light insulation material with excellent workability.

1 is a process diagram of the present invention.

In the method for producing a lightweight insulating material using lime oil sludge of the present invention, a means for adding lime oil sludge as a main raw material and having no sludge as a secondary raw material was devised.

Referring to the preferred embodiment of the manufacturing method of the lightweight insulation using the lime oil sludge of the present invention in detail as follows.

석회유 슬러지를 구성하는 1,2차 잔사는 로타리 슬레거와 석회유 진동체에서 하이드로 잔사는 탈탄산조에서 발생하여 사용비율은 슬러지 전체 중량비에 1차잔사는 11%, 2차잔사는 13%, 하이드로 잔사는 76%를 사용한다.(이하 슬러지라 통칭함)The primary and secondary residues of lime oil sludge are from rotary sludge and lime oil vibrating bodies. Hydro residues are generated from the decarbonation tank. % Is used (hereinafter referred to as sludge).

Step 1]

Naturally dry the sludge to remove some 30 ~ 40% of moisture.

Second Process

The naturally dried sludge is placed in a drying furnace and dried at about 200 to 300 ° C. for about 1 to 2 hours.

Third process]

Crush the dried sludge to about 0.01 ~ 0.03m / m.

4th process]

66% crushed sludge, 16% Schiropol, 1-2% magnesia, and 2% safety agent are mixed.

5th process]

Packed and shipped.

The heat insulating material prepared by the above process is used to mix water, the amount of water depends on the plastering and flocking construction and the operation of the present invention will be described in detail as follows.

First of all, if you make a plastering or locking work on the wall, the connection part disappears and the styrofoam is densely distributed, and the sludge and magnesia stabilizer are composed. It does not occur, it is dried and magnesia gives cohesion and stabilizer gives cohesion and prevents gas from chemical reaction.

The present invention as described above is a very beneficial invention that can utilize the sludge and styrofoam to be disposed as the main raw material to solve the problems caused by resource recycling and landfill and provide a high quality lightweight insulation at a low price.
