Description

The invention relates to the container transportation of piece goods, namely, containers for transporting and temporary storage of mail (parcels, packages, packs, bags) in the shops of postal enterprises.

The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability in operation by ensuring the safety of packages, piece goods.

The device includes a housing 1 with a side window 2, overlapped with hinged doors or a folding wall, the bottom 3, installed with the possibility of tilting in the direction of the window and reinforced in the latter by means of a hinge 4.

On the side opposite to the window, inside the housing 1 in the corners there are vertical guideways 5, and the edge 6 of the bottom 3 is articulated with an additional wall 7, on the upper edge of which rollers 9 are fixed by means of axis 8 to interact with the guides 5.

The additional wall 7 is necessary for the recess; the holes formed between the wall of the housing 1 and the bottom 3 when the latter is inclined, the wall 7 is pivotally connected by an axis 8 with a lever 10 having a handle 11 at its free end to move the container.

The housing of the device is provided in the lower part with wheels 12 and a retainer 13 of the horizontal position of the bottom 3.

The lever 10 is adapted to be connected to a vertical movement actuator 14.

The device works as follows.

Loading the device with piece goods is manually controlled through the open window.

When unloading mail from the container, the side window 2 is preliminarily opened and the locking 13 of the horizontal bottom position is disconnected. The tank lever 10 is connected to the vertical displacement drive 14. With the help of the latter, the lever 10 begins to gradually raise, while simultaneously moving up along the guiding members 5 through the rollers 9, the axis 8, and with it the upper edge of the additional wall 7.

Pivotally connected with the additional wall 7, the bottom 3 rotates around the axis of hinge 4 towards the window 2. Raising up and turning around the axis 8, the additional wall 7 in its extreme upper position forms with the bottom 3 a common plane located along the diagonal of the capacitor.

As the bottom rotates, the 3 piece loads under their own weight will shuffle toward the side window, from where they go, for example, to a discharge conveyor (not shown).

If necessary, the upper part of the force-carrying goods is unloaded from the container manually before turning the bottom 3 or when turning it at a small angle. At the end of the unloading, the lever 10 is lowered by the actuator 14 and the capacitance is brought to its original position.

When the container is moved on wheels 12, the clamp 13 holds the bottom of the container in a horizontal position, and the movement force is transferred by the container through the handle 11 of the lever 10.

The use of the invention allows to ensure the safety of packages of postal items and to facilitate the working conditions during unloading.

INTERNAL CAPACITY FOR PIECE GOODS TO MAIL CONTAINERS, having a movable bottom and an overlapping side window, characterized A ~ 1 in that, in order to increase the reliability in operation by ensuring the safety of piece cargo packages, it is equipped with an additional wall pivotally mounted on the edge of the movable bottom, pivotally connected to it by a lever and vertical guides placed inside the container, while on the upper edge of the additional wall rollers are fixed for interaction with the guides, and the bottom is made with the possibility of tilt towards the window and pivotally mounted in the latter. 2.
