Abstract
Disclosed is a bulk container having a novel opening and closing system, comprising: a charging mechanism comprising: a top door panel that can be opened and closed; the driving assembly drives the top door panel to open and close; and a discharge mechanism comprising: the two discharging door plates are arranged at the bottom of the container shell in a double-door mode through hinges; and the unloading control rotary lock is arranged on the container shell and used for controlling the opening and closing of the unloading door plate. The invention adopts the container to transport the bulk cargo, and utilizes the characteristic of container standardization to standardize the loading and unloading process of the bulk cargo container. The characteristic of container closure is utilized to reduce the dust pollution in the transportation process. The container spreader is used for loading and unloading processes, so that the input cost of bulk cargo loading and unloading equipment is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to port bulk cargo transportation, in particular to a bulk cargo container with a novel opening and closing system.
Background
A large amount of dust pollution is caused by the scattered in and out in the process of loading and unloading bulk cargoes, and the method becomes one of the sources of dust pollution of surrounding cities; in addition, cargo is easy to fall off in the process of bulk cargo transportation, so that the loss ratio in the process of transportation is increased; the open transportation of bulk cargo is not easy to ensure that the cargo is not stolen in the transportation process, thereby causing loss.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention adopts the container to transport the bulk cargo, and utilizes the characteristic of container standardization to standardize the loading and unloading process of the bulk cargo container. The characteristic of container closure is utilized to reduce the dust pollution in the transportation process. The container spreader is used for loading and unloading processes, so that the input cost of bulk cargo loading and unloading equipment is reduced.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a container including:
a charging mechanism, the charging mechanism comprising:
a roller groove arranged at the top of the container shell along the length direction of the container shell;
the bearing roller bodies are arranged in the roller grooves;
the top door plate is pressed on the bearing roller body and used as a cover body of the container shell; and
the driving assembly drives the top door panel to move on the bearing roller body along the arrangement direction of the roller groove; and
discharge mechanism, discharge mechanism includes:
the two unloading door plates are arranged at the bottom of the container shell in a double-door mode through hinging, one side of one end, opposite to the closed end, of each unloading door plate is provided with a rotary lock hole and a pulley groove, the other side of each unloading door plate is provided with a pulley, the pulley of one of the two unloading door plates is accommodated in the pulley groove of the other unloading door plate when the two unloading door plates are closed, and the pulley slides downwards along a track on a guide bracket for supporting a container at an unloading position in the opening process of the two unloading door plates; and
the discharging control rotary lock is arranged on the container shell and controls the discharging door plate to be opened and closed, and when the discharging door plate is closed, the lock head of the discharging control rotary lock is just positioned in the rotary lock hole of the discharging door plate.
In some examples, the driving assembly includes a rack and a gear motor, the rack is mounted on one side of the top door panel, and a gear-rack engaging groove is formed on the container housing at a corresponding position, the gear motor is mounted on a container spreader, and the gear motor engages with the rack at the gear-rack engaging groove after the container spreader is positioned and butted with a container.
In some examples, the driving assembly includes a rack mounted on one side of the top door panel, and a gear with a manual handle mounted on the container spreader at a position corresponding to the position of the gear-rack engaging groove, wherein the gear with the manual handle is engaged with the rack at the gear-rack engaging groove after the container spreader is positioned and coupled to a container.
In some examples, the discharge control rotary lock comprises a motor, a battery, a rotary lock and a control terminal, and the motor is remotely operated by the control terminal to control the opening and closing of the rotary lock under the condition that the battery is powered.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a bulk container with a novel opening and closing system, which can be used for loading and transporting bulk materials, and when the bulk container is positioned in a storage yard, a container portal crane can be used for stacking and storing the materials in the form of the container storage yard, so that the dust pollution during stacking and storing the bulk materials is reduced. The shape, size and the like of the container of the invention are the same as those of the container in the prior art, so the transport carrier of the container of the invention can use the transport carrier of the prior container. The container will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
The container corner position is equipped with a positioning screw lockhole seat 3, and the top and the bottom are respectively provided with a charging mechanism and a discharging mechanism.
The charging mechanism comprises a bearing roller body 1, a top door panel 4, an anti-tilt baffle 5, a roller groove and a driving component for controlling the opening and closing of the top door panel 4. The roller groove is arranged at the top of the container along the length direction of the container, a bearing roller body 1 is arranged in the roller groove, and a top door panel 4 is pressed on the bearing roller body 1. The top door panel 4 may be one piece or two pieces. The driving component drives the top door panel 4 to move on the bearing roller body 1 along the arrangement direction of the roller grooves. In order to avoid toppling when the top door panel 4 moves to the two ends of the container, anti-toppling baffles 5 are arranged at the two ends of the top of the container. The anti-roll bar 5 is mounted along the width of the container and above the top door panel 4. The present invention is not limited to the driving assembly, and the driving assembly may include a rack 6 and a gear motor 15. The rack 6 is arranged on one side of the top door panel 4, and a gear rack engaging groove 7 is formed in the container shell 9 at the corresponding position. The container spreader 14 is provided with a gear motor 15, after the container spreader 14 is positioned and butted with a container, the gear motor 15 is meshed with the rack 6 at the gear and rack meshing groove 7, and the top door panel 4 is driven to open and close by the gear motor 15. The gear motor 15 may be powered and controlled by a power supply and control mechanism on the spreader 14. In addition, the gear motor 15 can be replaced by a gear provided with a manual rotating handle, and the opening and closing of the top door panel 4 can be completely controlled manually.
The container spreader 14 utilizes the existing standardized container spreader, and can be used for controlling the opening and closing of the top door panel 4 of the container of the invention after being additionally provided with the gear motor 15. The mass of the cargo in the weighing hopper can be converted into the mass of the bulk cargo in the weighing hopper by measuring the tension on the steel wire rope of the container spreader 14 through the tension sensor.
The discharging mechanism comprises a discharging door plate 2 and a discharging control rotary lock 10 which controls the discharging door plate 2 to open and close to prevent the discharging door plate from being suddenly opened. Two discharging door panels 2 are arranged at the bottom of the container shell 9 in a double-door mode through hinges. One end of the discharging door panel 2 is a hinge, one side of the other end is provided with a twist lock hole 12 and a pulley groove 16, and the other side of the other end is provided with a pulley 11. When the two discharging door panels 2 are closed, the pulley 11 of one discharging door panel is accommodated in the pulley groove 16 of the other discharging door panel. The discharge control rotary lock 10 is arranged on the container shell 9. When the discharging door panel 2 is closed, the tapered end of the discharging control rotary lock 10 is just positioned in the rotary lock hole 12 of the discharging door panel 2. The unloading control rotary lock 10 comprises a motor, a battery, a rotary lock and a control terminal. Under the condition of power supply of the battery, the motor is remotely operated by using the control terminal to control the opening and closing of the spin lock, and the unloading door plate 2 does not need to be manually opened and closed in a short distance.
The arrangement form of the discharging part is shown in fig. 9, and a guide bracket 13 fixed on the foundation is arranged above the tunnel belt conveyor for discharging the containers. Four corners at the top end of the guide support 13 are provided with positioning twist locks, and the twist locks are matched with the twist lock hole seats 3 at the bottom of the container for positioning the container. The guide bracket 13 is provided with a guide rail 17, and after the discharge control rotary lock 10 is unlocked, the pulley 11 on the discharge door panel 2 can be opened along the guide rail 17 and fall to the bottom of the guide rail 17. The rail 17 can control the opening speed and the opening angle of the discharging door plate 2, thereby preventing bulk dust pollution caused by sudden dumping of bulk cargo.
And (3) a charging process: four twist locks arranged at four corners of the bottom of the container spreader 14 are butted with the twist lock hole seats 3 at four corners of the top of the special container, so that the container spreader 14 is positioned and butted with the container; the top door panel 4 of the container is driven to open outwards through the gear and rack meshing at the gear and rack meshing groove 7 by a gear motor 15 which is installed on the container spreader 14 in advance; loading the cargo to be loaded into the container through the opened top door panel 4; then the door panel 4 at the top of the container is closed through the reverse rotation of the gear motor 15, and the charging process is completed; the container with the cargo is then picked up by the container spreader 14 onto the transport carrier and transported to the target location by the transport carrier.
The discharging process comprises the following steps: a container is grabbed to a specified unloading position through a container lifting appliance 14, a tunnel conveyor and a guide bracket 13 are embedded below the unloading position, and after the container is in place, unloading information is conveyed to an unloading control rotary lock 10; the door plant 2 of unloading is unlocked to control twistlock 10 of unloading, and the door plant 2 of unloading is under the effect of gravity, opens along the pulley track 17 that has set up in advance, and the goods is unloaded from door plant 2 department of unloading, and after the goods was unloaded, the container was pushed down through container spreader 14, and the door plant 2 of will unloading is closed the back, sends locking signal to control twistlock 10 of unloading again, and control twistlock 10 of unloading pins door plant 2 of unloading, is hung the transport carrier of back transport by container spreader 14 again, and the process of unloading is accomplished.
Claims (2)
1. A container, comprising:
a charging mechanism, the charging mechanism comprising:
a roller groove arranged at the top of the container shell along the length direction of the container shell;
the bearing roller bodies are arranged in the roller grooves;
the top door plate is pressed on the bearing roller body and serves as a cover body of the container shell; and
the driving assembly drives the top door panel to move on the bearing roller body along the arrangement direction of the roller grooves, the driving assembly comprises a rack and a gear motor or a gear with a manual rotating handle, the rack is arranged on one side of the top door panel, a gear and rack meshing groove is formed in the container shell at the corresponding position, the gear motor or the gear with the manual rotating handle is arranged on a container spreader, and after the container spreader is positioned and butted with a container, the gear motor or the gear with the manual rotating handle is meshed with the rack at the gear and rack meshing groove; and
discharge mechanism, discharge mechanism includes:
the two discharging door plates are hinged to the bottom of the container shell in a double-door mode, one side of one end, opposite to the closed end, of each discharging door plate is provided with a rotary lock hole and a pulley groove, the other side of each discharging door plate is provided with a pulley, the pulley of one discharging door plate is accommodated in the pulley groove of the other discharging door plate when the two discharging door plates are closed, and the pulleys slide downwards along a track on a guide support for supporting a container at a discharging position in the opening process of the two discharging doors; and
the discharging control rotary lock is arranged on the container shell and controls the discharging door plate to be opened and closed, and when the discharging door plate is closed, the lock head of the discharging control rotary lock is just positioned in the rotary lock hole of the discharging door plate.
2. The container according to claim 1, wherein the discharge control twistlock comprises a motor, a battery, a twistlock and a control terminal, and when the battery is powered, the motor is remotely operated by the control terminal to control the twistlock to be opened and closed.
