For example, when the container 5 is turned from a horizontal state, the auxiliary telescopic devices 62 can increase the initial turning thrust acting on the turning frame 31, so that the initial turning tension acting on the turning frame 31 by the main telescopic devices 61 is compensated; since one end of the auxiliary retractor 62 abuts against the roll-over stand 31, the one end of the auxiliary retractor 62 is separated from the roll-over stand 31 after the auxiliary retractor 62 is gradually extended to the maximum stroke. On the contrary, when the container 5 is turned over from the standing state, when the center of gravity of the container 5 passes right above the turning center line of the turning frame 31, the main telescopic device 61 is changed from the turning thrust acting on the turning frame 31 to the turning tension acting on the turning frame 31 under the action of the gravity of the container 5, so that the container is stalled instantaneously, even the main telescopic device 61 is damaged, and the container falls down and other major accidents occur. At this time, one end of the auxiliary telescopic device 62 abuts against the roll-over stand 31, and pushes the roll-over stand 31 while contracting, so that the container 5 is dragged to be smoothly rolled over to a horizontal state, thereby avoiding instantaneous stall and well protecting the main telescopic device 61.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, in order to accurately restrain the position of the transportation vehicle in the driving direction, the parking base 1 further includes a wheel stopper concealably disposed on the base frame 11 and engaged with a rear wheel stopper of the transportation vehicle, and a parking sensor communicatively connected to a controller and engaged with a preset parking position of the transportation vehicle.
After the transportation vehicle is positioned back and forth, in order to restrain the position of the transportation vehicle in the direction perpendicular to the running direction, the berth base 1 comprises a base frame 11, two deviation rectifying raceways 12 arranged on the base frame 11 and a centering device 13 for transversely moving the transportation vehicle, wherein the two deviation rectifying raceways 12 are parallel to each other, and the distance between the two deviation rectifying raceways 12 is matched with the wheel distance of the transportation vehicle. When the deviation is corrected, the tires of the transport vehicle move on the corresponding deviation correcting roller paths 12, so that the resistance is small, the tires are not damaged, and the position precision is high.
Further, the centering device 13 includes a base 131, a double-headed driver 132 and two pushing rods 133, the base 131 is disposed in the middle of the two deviation rectifying raceways 12, two telescopic ends of the double-headed driver 132 are disposed in a back-to-back manner, the two pushing rods 133 and the two telescopic ends correspond to each other, and each pushing rod 133 is disposed at the corresponding telescopic end and is in abutting fit with a wheel of the transport vehicle. the container locking device comprises a lifting lock mechanism (4), wherein the lifting lock mechanism (4) comprises a lifting box frame (41) fixedly arranged on the turnover frame (31) and a box locking mechanism (42) arranged on the lifting box frame (41), and the box locking mechanism (42) is used for detachably locking and connecting a container (5).
