Claims

1. DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLING A VESSEL FROM BLOCKS AND DRAWING IT ON WATER, containing a pontoon having the possibility of ballasting and connected to the coastal wall by a horizontal hinge, characterized in that, in order to reduce the laboriousness of assembling the vessel and launching it, it is equipped with a platform located on the shore and equipped with a drive for its rotation relative to the horizontal axis of the hinge and mating the edges of the assembled blocks of the vessel and a device for equalizing the angles of rotation of the pontoon and platform.
