Description

Известны способы использовани  фрезерных станков дл  нарезани  конических колес с криволинейными зубь ми непрерывной обкаткой резцовыми головками. Дл  этого универсальные зубофрезерные станки реконструируют , в результате чего они тер ют свою универсальность и станов тс  специализированными зубофрезерными станками, непригодными дл  выполнени  каких-либо других операций. Использование специализированных зубофрезерных станков рационально только в массовом или крупносерийном производстве.Methods are known for using milling machines for cutting bevel gears with curvilinear teeth with continuous running by cutting heads. For this, universal hobbing machines are reconstructed, as a result of which they lose their versatility and become specialized hobbing machines that are unsuitable for any other operations. The use of specialized gear milling machines is rational only in mass or large-scale production.

Дл  устранени  этих недостатков предлагаетс  така  модернизаци  универсального зубофрезерного станка, котора  позвол ет не только сохранить все эксплуатационные качества станка, но и значительно увеличить их. Это достигаетс  установкой вместо фрезерного суппорта специальной планшайбы с планетарным движением вращающегос  игпиндел  резцовой головки. Заготовка колеса крепитс  в наклоненной в вертикальной плоскости вращающейс  головке, установленной на сто .ле станка и кинематически св занной с цепью делени  станка. Это позвол ет , сохран   универсальность зубофрезерного станка, примен ть его дл  нарезани  различных конических и цилиндрических колес с криволинейными зубь ми, а также черв чных колес, чего не допускали известные до сих пор конструктивные решени  и способы нарезани .In order to eliminate these drawbacks, such a modernization of the universal gear-milling machine is proposed, which allows not only to preserve all the performance of the machine, but also to significantly increase them. This is achieved by installing, instead of a milling caliper, a special faceplate with a planetary movement of a rotating igpindel cutting tool. The wheel blank is fastened in a vertically inclined rotating head mounted on the machine stand and kinematically connected with the machine dividing chain. This allows, preserving the versatility of the gear milling machine, to use it for cutting various conical and cylindrical wheels with curvilinear teeth, as well as worm wheels, which structural solutions and cutting methods known so far have not allowed.

На чертеже приведена принципиальна  схема предлагаемого зубофрезерного станка. Станок позвол ет осуществл ть исполнительные операции вращени  резцовой головки, люльки с резцовой головкой и заготЬвки нарезаемого колеса, необходимые при нарезании конических колес с криволинейными зубь ми непрерывной обкаткой.
