The purpose of the invention is to increase the rate of saturation of the liquid with oxygen.
The drawing shows a device for saturating a liquid with oxygen, a slit.
The device contains a cylindrical body 1 with flanges 2 and 3, inside which is mounted a disk 4, dividing the internal volume of the body to the working chamber 5 and an auxiliary chamber b filled with working fluid, the working chamber 5 being made in the form of a bellows 7, one end of which is fixed on the flange 3 of the housing 1, and the other on the disk 4. In the auxiliary chamber 6 there are two bellows 8 and 9, coaxially arranged to form a gap 10 between them. The end part of the bellows 8 and 9 is made in the form of a disk 11 with a stop 12 designed to interact with the disk 4. The diameters of the bellows 8 and 9 are smaller than the diameter of the bellows 7. The movement of the disk 11 is limited by the stop 13, made in the form of a screw located on flange 2. The inner cavity of the bellows 9 is connected to the atmosphere, and the gap 10 between the bellows 8 and 9 is connected through a blocking element 14 in the additional circuit 15 to the working chamber 5 and through a check valve 16 to the main line 17 for supplying oxygen. The auxiliary chamber 6 is connected via pipelines with an overflow valve 18 and a check valve 19 with an additional tank 20 for the working fluid. The working chamber 5 is connected via a non-return valve 21 to the main 22 for supplying the treated liquid and through the shut-off element 23 to the main 24 to drain the oxygenated liquid.
The device works as follows.
Вначале происходит заполнение рабочей камеры 5 обрабатываемой жидкостью с одновременным насыщением жидкости кислоро- дом, а затем - выдавливание оксигенированной жидкости из камеры 5, после чего цикл работы устройства повтор етс .First, the working chamber 5 is filled with the treated liquid with simultaneous saturation of the liquid with oxygen, and then the oxygenated liquid is squeezed out of the chamber 5, after which the cycle of operation of the device is repeated.
Проектна , 4The filling with the treated liquid of the working chamber 5 begins with the shut off element 23 closed, and the signal for closing the element 23 is the opening of a check valve 21 on the line 22 for supplying the liquid to be treated. When filling starts, the movement of the bellows 7 with the disk 4 is applied. It exerts pressure on the working fluid in the auxiliary chamber 6. The working fluid flows through the overflow valve 18 when the non-return valve 19 is closed to the additional tank 20, moreover, due to the resistance of the first transducer. 15.the inlet valve 18 creates pressure on the bellows 8, which is compressed and moves the disk 11 at a speed greater than the speed of movement of the disk 4, because the area of the bellows 8 is less than the area of the bellows 7. At this, the stop 12 is detached from the disk 4 from the gap 10 between the bellows 8 and 9 into the working chamber 5 along the additional circuit 15. At the moment the oxygen begins to move, the check valve 16 is closed on the steam line 17 for supplying oxygen, which is the signal for opening the switching element 14 in the nture 15.
The oxygen dose is determined by the position of the adjustable stop 13, which limits the movement of the disk 11. The oxygen dose is transferred to the working chamber 5 immediately from the beginning of its filling with the treated liquid, thereby increasing the contact time of the liquid and oxygen in the working chamber.
Как только из рабочей камеры 5 выдавливаетс заданна доза оксигенированной жидкости, цикл работы устройства :;а- канчиваетс , и снова начинаетс зано.;|непис рабочей камеры 5 обрабатываемой жидкостью .The extrusion of the oxygenated liquid from the working chamber 5 begins at the time when the predetermined dose of liquid is supplied through the line 22 and closes the check valve 21. This serves as a signal for opening the shut-off element 23. At this moment also closes the shut-off element. the postcard of the check valve 16 on line 17, which occurs when the disk 1 1 reaches the oi-restrictive stop 13, Oxygen from the mate of the inlet 17 fills the gap 10 between the bellows 8 and 9 and exerts pressure on the disk 11, which moves and eliminates the contact of the stop 12 with the disk 4. The bellows 7 when:) the tone is compressed and dried; 1 is the extrusion of oxygenated liquid from the working chamber 5 through the open top cover y, 23 is removed to the line 24 to drain the liquid. The working fluid from the diluent floor is set; the 20 flows through the backward 19 n bypass 18 valves to the auxiliary chamber 6. As soon as the prescribed dose of the oxygenated fluid is squeezed out of the working chamber 5, the operation cycle of the device:; a) ends, and starts again; | Nepis work chamber 5 treated fluid.
Performing the device with a working chamber in the form of a bellows interacting through an abutment with two coaxially arranged MCHbnjero diameter bellows, the gap between which represents an oxygen cage, allows the oxygen to accelerate the flow of oxygen through a greater rate of change in oxygen chamber volume. to the rate of change in the volume of the working chamber.
